TRAINING
Training covers an important place in improvement plan of our operation
team. For this reason, trainings are determined in our company in
accordance with duty definitions and according to the requirements of
the relevant personnel. On-duty and off-duty trainings are given both
inside and outside the company in order to increase personal competence
of employees and to make them more efficient in their works in
accordance with annual training schedule. Trainings can be received from
the resources outside the company or can be given by employees of the
company according to their nature. Foreign seminars are included in the
schedule when required.
