TECHNICAL SERVICE

Anka Group believes that after sales services have a determining role for reaching success and ensuring continuity of success and it therefore established its technical service infrastructure in this direction.
 

Technical support team of Anka Group is ready and accessible for 7/24 service with its two technical service offices established on totally 320 m2 area, well-trained technician staff consisting of 10 members and 6 product officers for customer support.
 

Periodic maintenances of all devices under warranty are carried out by our experienced technician staff according to annual maintenance schedule determined by technical service department in order to ensure effective operation of systems and devices distributed by us and to ensure that our customers obtain high performance from our systems. Performance tests of devices are made after maintenance and repair operations and delivered to the user in operating status.
 

Theoretical and practical user trainings for utilization and maintenance of systems are made according to annual training schedule due to the fact that performance of device and reliability of outcome can only be possible with proper use of the system. These trainings are made in two ways which are technical training and product training.
